College Regular Activities 

At Sterling Integrated International College child development is viewed holistically. Therefore all effort is geared toward ensuring that students are not only given the best in intellectual and academic development, but also to carefully balance this with spiritual and moral development.  The school routine has been put together with this in mind. 

The routine for Monday through Friday is as follows:

Wake up Time 5.00am
Corporate Morning Devotion 5.10am – 5.30am
Morning Chores and Shower 5.30am – 6.50am


Breakfast 6.55am – 7.25am 7.25am – 7.55am
Assembly 7.30am – 7.55am 6.55am – 7.20am
Classes 8.00am – 1.55pm 8.00am – 2.35pm
Snacks Break 11.30am – 11.55am 12.10 – 12.35pm
Lunch 1.55pm – 2.30pm 2.35pm – 3.10pm
Siesta 2.30pm – 3.45pm 3.10pm – 4.25pm
Hostel closed 4.00pm 4.30pm
Afternoon Preparatory Classes 4.00pm – 6.00pm 4.45pm – 6.45pm
Consultation Period 6.00pm – 6.25pm 6.45pm – 6.55pm
Dinner  6.30pm – 7.00pm 7.00pm – 7.30pm
Evening Preparatory Classes 7.10am – 9.00pm 7.40pm – 9.40pm
Night Praise 9.40pm – 9.50pm
Lights out 10.30pm

Co-curricular activities come up at 5.00pm – 6.00pm on Fridays.  On Fridays also, there are no night preparatory classes, rather 7.30pm – 9.00pm is time for leisure, watching television and preparation for Saturday inspection. On Wednesdays 5.30pm – 6.30pm is time for Bible Study.
Weekend routine is slightly different. Wake-up time on Saturday is 5.40am. Jogging for survival follows the corporate morning devotion.  

Then, cocoa drink refreshment, dignity of labour, shower, breakfast, hostel inspection and week-end refreshment come successively. There is Solemn Hour at 12.30pm to 1.30pm.  A variety of activities abounds on Saturdays and every student is required to attend.  Saturday evening programs are same as the week days'.
On Sunday mornings, students wake up later than they do on other days.  From 9.00am to 11.15am, they attend the Sunday school and Sunday Service.  After lunch and siesta, it is time for leisure.
